When you place an order through BBT, it will either be:

✅ Fulfilled by us with in-stock items

OR

📦 Shipped directly from one of our trusted vendors

If your item comes from a vendor, it will be shipped straight to your doorstep from their location.

At BBT we charge a flat rate of $8.00 per order for shipping

When you place an order through BBT, it will be fulfilled in one of two ways:

Items we have in stock are fulfilled directly by us. We strive to ship these within 10 business days.

🔹 Vendor-Fulfilled Orders:

Some items ship directly from one of our trusted vendors and typically arrive within 14–19 business days.

Yes, an order can be returned to BBT as long as it is within 10 business day from the date your received the item.

The amount of the return will be credited to your BBT account to use in the future.

No, when you contact BBT for a return, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you within 5 business days.

Please note: Credits and coupons cannot be used on sale items or during sitewide sales.

No, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged to BBT

BBT Bucks are account credits that can be used to purchase things at BBT.

During checkout, you should be able to see your account balance. If you cannot see the balance, please contact BBT

No, BBT Bucks cannot be transferred to another customers account.

No, BBT Bucks do not expire
